Falafel

Produce
• 1 cup Chickpeas, dried (soak in water with baking soda 1tsp for 12-24hrs)
• 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
• 1/2 cup parsley or fresh dhania
• 4 cloves Garlic
• 1/3cup Mintleaves /pudina
• 1 onion medium

Baking & spices
• 1 tsp Baking powder
• 1/3tsp Black pepper
• 1/3 tsp paprika/ red chilli powder
• 1 tbsp Chickpea flour/besan aata
• salt to taste
1 tsp full cumin/ zeera powder

Oils & vinegars
• 3 cups oil for frying
