Armed with every weapon they can get their hands on, the Expendables are the world's last line of defense and the team that gets called when all other options are off the table. A new generation of stars join the world's top action stars for an adrenaline-fueled adventure in Expendables 5. Reuniting as the team of elite mercenaries, Jason Statham, Dolph Lundgren, Randy Couture, and Sylvester Stallone are joined for the first time by Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson, Megan Fox, Tony Jaa, Iko Uwais, Jacob Scipio, Levy Tran, and Andy Garcia. Armed with every weapon they can get their hands on and the skills to use them, The Expendables are the world's last line of defense and the team that gets called when all other options are off the table. But new team members with new styles and tactics are going to give "new blood" a whole new meaning.

Expendables 5 is upcoming action movie. expendables movies series are coming to an end.The final installments of The Expendables series which will split into two parts,, it will have the largest assemble cast with several big stars. It will also be the longest expendable movies.
Since this is a true finale to the franchise it will be split into two parts and several legacy characters including new characters get killed in the movie.
Part 1 features the legacy characters and some new characters and treated like an Expendable sequel movie with returning characters, in Part 2 it is like a soft-reboot with several new characters but also a ode to farwell as it's a love-letter to the action genre with several big stars. Part 2 does not however leave any open-ends to another sequel as nearly everyone gets killed in this movie but there is a chance for a spin-off with certain characters.
