The world already has extraordinary changemakers, leaders who are solving urgent social and environmental issues while building regenerative futures. We call them Impact Heroes.

Every year, Earth Company selects up to 10 exceptional changemakers from across the Asia-Pacific to join our year-long Lead-to-Regenerate (L2R) Acceleration Program. Through mentorship, tailored resources, and a supportive global community, we help them amplify their impact.

And midway through the program, one changemaker will emerge as the Impact Hero of the Year, receiving an additional 2.5 years of customized support to take their transformative work to the next level.
