In today's dance workout, we'll complete 2.5 miles, 5618 low impact steps! This dance workout is created for those of you who prefer to dance instead of walk. If you wish, you can walk instead during the dance intervals...do what works best for YOU! I hope this workout brings happiness to your day.

This dance/walk at home workout does have some squats and lunges which I know many people cannot do. Squats and lunges are amazing exercises for toning the glutes and legs so I wanted to include them. If you can't do those particular exercises, by all means choose an exercise you can do to replace them. You'll still get a great workout by modifying the exercise.
