Uber has expanded its Intercity offering to cover over 3,000 routes across the country, marking a 50% increase in its city-to-city travel network. This expansion caters to the growing demand for road-based travel, especially around long weekends and festive periods. Popular routes like Mumbai–Pune, Delhi–Agra, and Bangalore–Mysore saw high traffic, with Fridays and early afternoons emerging as preferred travel windows.

As part of a limited-period campaign, Uber is also introducing custom-designed Intercity Motorhomes for trips starting from Delhi-NCR. These 4–5 seater vehicles offer a lounge-on-wheels experience with onboard amenities like a TV, lavatory, microwave, and refrigerator. Bookings open on August 4 via the Uber app, and rides will be available between August 7 and September 6.
