I always dreamed of redefining what it means to sell real estate. Forget the typical "parasite agent" approach—cold calling strangers, pestering people you barely know, and pretending to be their friend just to land a listing or a buyer. To me, that’s never been what this profession is about.

Being an agent in residential real estate should mean something more. It’s about being the opposite of a societal parasite. It’s about providing real value—sharing genuine knowledge, offering insight, and empowering people to choose you because of what you bring to the table, not because you annoyed them into it.

This is how I’ve always envisioned the role of a real estate agent: as a guide, not a nuisance. And in this video, I’m diving into what that looks like in practice. Let me know your thoughts!
