Strymon Iridium + Pedalboard? Hit Or Miss?

1 month ago, Strymon Engineering shook the world with something that no one could ever see coming...

While most "amp in a box" offerings either fall flat, or simply cost the same amount as an amp, Strymon has met the working musician in the middle. Offering something packed full of options and broadly marketed to offer, something great for everyone. To the bedroom player, a strategic headphone jack and easy connectivity into an interface/powered speaker. For the tone purist, amps we are familiar with, and cabs that are tailorable. Lest we forget our pro's, stereo ins/outs when the backline blows.

In order to showcase the strength of the pedal, we recorded the entire intro straight from iridium into an Apollo Twin mk II, no pedals, no gimmicks. What you hear is just what Iridium can offer. For the second half of the video, we attempted to see how the Iridium took pedals, as that is where most of us will utilize the Iridium.
