Unrefreshing sleep. Sleepless nights. Repeated insomnia. Trouble falling asleep (Get the complete music without cuts: https://bit.ly/dormir-Kool-Knight)
Recent studies show that the underlying problem is always the same: you can't relax, you can't let go, you can't let yourself go...
But all that, if you're here, you already knew. What we don't talk about as much is HOW to relax, how to let go and how to surrender to sleep. The real thing! The good kind.
Imagine waking up tomorrow morning with enthusiasm running high. No trace of fatigue on your face. As you pass the mirror, you smile at your relaxed features. A radiant freshness in your eyes and your smile... first thing in the morning!
Your head is full of ideas and you feel energized to accomplish them and make your day a series of very pleasant and joyful moments.
Yes, I know, it doesn't happen every day. And yet, that's what should happen, whatever the circumstances. As in the Clause François song "À part ça la Vie est Belle - Je n'y comprends rien - J'ai de mauvaises nouvelles - et pourtant je me sens bien".
And what makes this state (too) rare is that 90% of it has to do with poor-quality sleep, or worse, taking medication that's supposed to make you sleep, but which knocks you out more than anything else (with intolerable side-effects), and waking up feeling sluggish.
So here, I've taken the problem the other way round. Instead of trying to get you to sleep no matter how bad you feel, you're going to start by :
1. Relaxing... Relaxing... Letting go...
2. Clear your head by letting the music generate peaceful, harmonious images that will replace your worries in less than 15 minutes.
3. And so on, until you feel something relax inside you. As if your back and shoulder muscles, in particular, were beginning to relax.
Try it right away, you'll see. Just that, it'll do you a world of good. And yet the circumstances outside haven't changed. Instead of waiting for the world outside to calm down so you can relax, you're calming down your inner world.
At some point, we have to throw doubts, problems, fears, anger and other frustrations over our shoulders and give ourselves a moment's respite. Note that this moment of respite doesn't always come spontaneously. That's why you have to create it from scratch. Sometimes it has to be staged and premeditated for your own good. In a word, you absolutely must "SLEEP", take a break. At least to wake up with all the energy you need to come up with creative and constructive solutions, if need be.
But above all, to give your body, as well as your mind, a period of regeneration to restore your energy, sort out the previous day's information and leave time for your cellular metabolism to perform all the essential tasks (breaking down complex molecules into basic ones, for example).
As you listen to this relaxing sleep music, you may feel a sort of distant beat behind the music. This is a binaural frequency that I've specially adapted to the music, and whose value I've carefully adjusted based on my research and countless experiments (including doing a progressive ramp). These binaural beats will simply bring your brainwaves into synchronization with the Delta frequency (very slow) through a process well known in physics: entrainment. And the sound of the ocean and waves is so soothing.
In other words, your brain will be seriously helped to put you in the right state for Deep Sleep. It's a process that's been scientifically proven and tested for over half a century, so you're in SAFE hands.
And so, simply let the music (with its Delta waves) take you by the hand and lead you gently to sleep.
