MORE INFORMATION
This residential building consists of two parts that have four staircases, fifteen floors (but the basement floor is not accessible on the elevators) and was finished in 1957. At the time, it was the tallest residential building in Finland together with Amurinlinna in Tampere/Tammerfors, according to the amount of floors it has. The 1958- completed 13-story residential buildings on Ida Ahlberg's street in Helsinki / Helsingfors appear to be taller but that is because they are located on a hill so that the level above sea level is higher.
This is staircase C, and I have filmed the staircases A, B and D also, but the staircase A will be published later. The staircase D (Filmed on the 19th of July, 2020), can be watched here:

The Staircase B (Filmed on the 30th of August, 2020), can be watched here: • 14 Floors! Amazing Old 1956 KONE (Mb KONE ...
The elevators were modernized with KONE Evergreen fixtures in 2000, so there most certainly had been round black and white KONE buttons before (NPN4 fixtures). I have an old video of one of these staircases, but I don't have time to find that link right now.
