Hexblast Mines Occultist Sanctum Farmer 3.24 League Starter Guide!

This is my plan for how I am going to league start the Path of Exile 3.24 Necropolis League!

Couple of things to note:

This is my take on the build and all of my plan laid out in a build guide format as always proceed with caution and use your own judgement if you want to follow this. This build will be zhp and designed around having high dps for Sanctum and Sanctum only. I have no plans to map with it or push bossing content I plan to reroll after I farm mageblood from Sanctum and Blighted maps

1) You can indeed level hexblast mines I do not recommend doing this pre-level 38 and a 4 link! Make sure you have minefield support otherwise it doesnt feel as good!

2) You DO NOT NEED profane proxy or a curse on hit item right away Blasphemy support works but the QOL from having profane or deadarc is unmatched (see notes section in POB)

3) We go Occultist because Power Charge Stacking and this is to farm sanctum

4) This build MIGHT NOT FEEL GOOD TO MAP OR FEEL GOOD TO BOSS IN ITS CURRENT ITERATION IT IS DESIGNED FOR SANCTUM!

5) Until you have some of the big ticket uniques avoid Sanctum ilvl 72+ they are a bit harder and really rely on having good knowledge of Sanctum. They are doable but difficult

6) This build will die and will die a lot, Sanctum requires knowledge of layouts and mob placement. If you know how the mobs and mechanics work its pretty easy to blast through Sanctum. A big thing with Sanctum is being able to kill/freeze everything before it has a chance to do anything

Order of Items that you should consider purchasing (subject to change and pricing / timing of league)

Early Sanctum
1) Dreadarc
2) Doedres Gloves

MidGame Sanctum (Prices pending)

1) Profane Proxy / Badge of the Brotherhood
2) Ralakesh Boots
3) Malachai's Loop

Sandstorm Visage - Obtain this item either by buying it on trade or clearing sanctum yourself. We should be able to self farm our own helmet!
