In 1948, after the Second World War, the British government decided that they needed immigrants to rebuild their economy as well as to help rebuild their war-torn country. At that time, from the Caribbean, there was a massive migration of people from various islands to England. They were called the Windrush generation.

This video aims to educate children about the Windrush generation and the reason behind this massive migration.
