There’s another development on the table in Palm Coast this time in the Seminole Woods area. The project, listed as Application #6382, would bring 93 new single-family homes to a site located near 2 Sea Trail in Palm Coast.

The applicant, SG Flagler Holdings LLC, is a Palm Coast-based company that owns multiple parcels in this part of the city. The project is officially filed as a Subdivision Master Plan – Residential and is currently pending review, meaning no development order or construction start has been approved yet.

This area is one of the original sections platted decades ago when Palm Coast was first created, and over time, developers have been revisiting these older areas to modernize layouts and prepare them for new housing opportunities.

If approved, this 93-lot project would continue the steady trend of infill development new homes being added within existing city limits rather than large new expansions outward.

For buyers, it’s another sign that Palm Coast continues to grow and attract investment, especially in neighborhoods like Seminole Woods where land is still available and close to main corridors like US-1 and SR-100.
