2024 Hypothetical Atlantic Hurricane Season Animation

The 2024 Atlantic Hurricane Season was a near-normal but extremely destructive and deadly season. Despite being in an El Niño (Hypo World), it became the third costliest season on record (beating 2022). The most notable storms featured in the season were Beryl, Leslie, Oscar, Patty and Sara. The season had damages racking up to $159.257 billion and deaths totaled to 1,572. Even 18 named storms and a lot of slopped tropical storms, this season proved it does not have to be hyperactive to be this destructive.
