Ever since Chelsea was 13, she's been preparing for the 'Little Miss Diamond' Pageant, and this isn't any ordinary pageant. You see, this pageant is what dictates her future. If she wins, she will be famous, a worldwide sensation, anything she could ever dream of. But of course, as always, she'll be competing in this pageant against Scarlett. Regardless, she's sure this competitive pageant won't get into the way of their friendship... until a tragedy happens.
