Georgian cornbread with Cheese-Chvishtari.
You also may add some mozzarella.

It's up to you which cheese you want to use.
To have a more tender cornbread, also you may add one egg and 1/2 baking soda.
Ingredients:
1 Cup white cornflour
1-2 Cup Water (or as much as needed to have a soft moldable dough)
1 Cup crumbled Feta cheese (add a bit grated mozzarella if you'd like to)
In Georgia, traditionally eaten with bean stew, but it's perfect with spring salads as well.
