How to make kolambi pulao | कोलंबी भात |
Jhinga pulao | Shrimp Pulao | Prawns pulao (kolambi pulao)

Ingredients:
1 + 1/4 cup basmati rice
1 medium size chopped onion
1/4 cup coconut milk canned or fresh
10-12 medium size cleaned prawns/shrimp /kolambi
1 inch cinnamon (dalchini)
2 cloves (lavang)
4 black pepper (kala miri)
2 bay leaves (tej patta)
1 tsp dhana powder (coriander powder)
1 tsp kasuri methi (dry fenugreek)
2 pods of green elaichi

For ginger garlic paste- handful of fresh cilantro/coriander + 2 small pieces of ginger +4 big garlic cloves (depends on size)
