अब क्या होगा इनकी sales का ? क्योकि Sales Figure July की इशारा कर गईं 🔥 In July 2024, around 3.43 lakh passenger cars were sold in the Indian market. This represents a 2.5% drop compared to July last year, but a slight 1.1% increase over June 2024.

July was another sluggish month for the passenger vehicle industry, with sales remaining muted due to a lack of fresh demand and the high base from the previous year. The heavy rains in various regions further impacted business. This dip in sales has led OEMs to ramp up discounts to attract buyers. Notably, Mahindra slashed the price of the XUV700 by a massive Rs. 1.5 lakh in July 2024, marking the biggest discount on the model since its launch.

While OEMs have been pushing more wholesale billing to dealers, retail sales (actual sales to customers) have lagged. However, with the festive season kicking off in August 2024, starting with Onam in Kerala, automakers are hopeful for a boost in sales.
