SEAT: Project Supply Chain Control Tower EN

Seat Supply Chain Control Tower project is a program focused on the control of the flow of materials from its origin to the vehicle, which contemplates the impact on people, technologies and new partnership models.

The project developed by Zeus for SEAT is a “big leap” from a traditional Supply Chain in processes, technologies and collaborative approaches to a connected one where visibility, traceability and transparency are the basis on which all process improvements pivot.

This project allowed SEAT to have absolute control in real time of what is happening in the supply chain, being able to anticipate the problems and seek collaborative solutions with the members of the chain.
