Is Software Eating the World? New Era of IT Recruiting

Today, we talk about Software Engineering Recruiting needs and the issues our current job market is facing. 42 Berlin is providing #NextGenerationTechEducation to tackle such problems.

By the end of the decade, we may have a 1.1 million IT Specialist shortage in Germany alone. Crazy, but true. How is this the case? Well, the way tech companies are recruiting new employees is still very old school. This is what #42Berlin is here to overcome. By providing Accessible Coding Education and working with some of the top recruiters in the country like SAP, Volksvagen, CARIAD, Capgemini, Microsoft, and more - we want to ensure the coding and interpersonal skills of our students are helping to solve one of the biggest challenges present in today's worldwide social economy.
