NEW HOURGLASS VANISH CONCEALER for DRY Under Eyes | Over 40 | Worth it?

Today I'm giving you my thoughts on the NEW HOURGLASS VANISH CONCEALER for my dry, textured under eyes. I tried this Hourglass Vanish Airbrush Concealer for a couple of weeks in many different ways because it's quite different than other concealers out there for several reasons. Let's discuss how this applies and wears on my over 40 under eye area. Is it worth it?
