General Description:
1.Automatic loading system with multi axis servo robot.

4.Automatic CCD registration system optional
both for the bottom centering and body centering:

1) For cylindrical products without registration point, repeat print to be double colors: once the camera captures the target image, the system auto adjust registration to very tight tolerances for the application of the next colors
2) For some special registration.
5. All servo driven screen printer with best accuracy
*printing heads driven by servo motor (left-right, up-down)
*mesh frames driven by servo motors (left-right, up-down)
*all jigs installed with servo motors for rotation (no need gears, easy and fast products changeover)
6. Multi-color print in 1 process
7. Quick and easy change over from one product to another.
All parameters automatic setting simply in touch screen.
8. LED drying, UV drying optional with less printing size or much bigger machine size
The last LED can be changed to UV drying or add extra UV at the standby station.
