Rian Perry gets his Brown Belt - Factory BJJ

Congrats to Rian Perry who was promoted to Brown Belt on Saturday.

Rian has always been a great addition to the team since he moved up North as a Blue Belt.

As well as being a well rounded grappler, he's one of those guys I always see helping the lower belts.

As I say in the video he's also been someone I always turn to when I'm prepping for competition too.

What I've really enjoyed seeing recently is Rian taking on more responsibility with coaching and ever since I saw him teach on our 24hr Rollathon, I knew I wanted to have him more involved on that front.

He is already doing great things with the change of format on a Friday night and I look forward to working with him on a coaching front, as well as helping him continue to develop his overall game.
