A cassette deck that eliminates tape hiss - Pioneer CT-W616DR

After the failure of DCC (Digital Compact Cassette), Pioneer came up with the idea of a cassette deck that applies 20-bit digital processing to conventional analog audio cassette tapes, providing hiss-free audio whose quality approaches that of CDs. Models with this technology include the CT-W606DR, CT-W616DR, CT-W706DR, CT-W806DR, CT-05D, CT-07D, CT-S670D, T-WD5R, and T-D7.
