On an event where Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged for a global response to tackle dangers of terrorism, Pakistan chose to evade questions on how Islamabad plans to punish the perpetrators of terrorism. While PM Modi spread the message against terrorism at the 90th General Assembly of Interpol in New Delhi on October 18, the director general of Pakistan’s Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), who attended the event, put his finger on his lips when asked if they will handover underworld don Dawood Ibrahim and Lashkar-e-Taiba chief Hafiz Saeed to India.
