I’m thrilled to announce that my first bug report has been accepted on Bugcrowd! While it was classified as P5 (Informational) and didn’t qualify for a reward, it marks a significant step in my bug bounty journey.

💡 The Issue:
The vulnerability involved a Lack of Password History Enforcement in the password reset mechanism. This experience taught me the importance of not just identifying vulnerabilities but also demonstrating their potential impact to escalate findings.

🔍 What I Learned:

Always think about how an attacker could exploit the issue.
Chaining findings or exploring attack vectors can turn low-priority issues into impactful ones.
