Bow Thruster for Scale RC Boats

This is about a new design for a Bow Thruster to be installed in operational (RC) scale model boats. Traditionally, the motor and impeller are permanently mounted inside the hull near the bottom and forward. If there is a problem with the motor and/or propeller, the unit needs to be removed which is a very messy and destructive task.
This new design has all of the assembly screws facing to the rear so the impeller can be changed out without the need to remove the Bow Thruster housing. The moto (in this design) is now not connected/mounted directly to the thruster housing. It can be mounted further back, away from the thruster by using the same design concepts used to propel the boat: A stuffing box with shafts and universal joints.
