"LaLCS" stands for "Live and Live Combined Stereo", which means that the left and the right sides of the video come from two different LIVE performances.
Regarding the current video, you can enjoy Kylie Minogue's first big hit in the UK "I Should Be So Lucky" in two concert tour versions: on the right side from 1989 (Enjoy Yourself Tour), while on the left side from 1992 (Let's Get To It Tour, Dublin, Ireland). The background music is very similar in both versions, the tempo had to be adjusted a little.
