Ingredients:

3 tilapia fillets
1 tsp kosher salt
2 tbs butter
EVOO
cumin
garlic powder'
onion powder
paprika
black pepper
jalepenos
flour tortillas
queso cheese (I bought a block and shredded)
cilantro


**I pan seared the fish first to absorb the flavors of the butter. Then I finished cookingthe other side on the smokeless grill to get nice grill marks
