I haven't seen anyone make a video on this yet, so thought I would make one:

Requires level 34 spell Call of Bones
In this video, I show raising the faction of the guards from scowling to threatening. After the video, I turned in another 16 stacks (so 24 stacks total) and it got the guards down to Dubious.

There are still some other factions to watch out for after you get the faction up, but most of Neriak will be either Dubious (guards) or Ally (merchants) after doing this!
Always consider EVERYTHING to be safe.

Afterwards, you can bank, sell, buy goods, and do everything else pretty much you'd do in a town. This is a great way to get a home away from Cabilis, and it's close to EC!
