泡菜 - 4汤匙
高汤 - 2 杯(水+海带+干香菇煮20分钟,可以煮更多以储存在冰箱中备用)
日本豆腐 - 1条
韩国辣椒粉 - 2茶匙
香菇 - 5颗切片
素瘦肉片 - 适量
麻油 - 1茶匙
冰糖 - 2颗
盐 - 适量


Kimchi - 4 tbsp
Broth - 2 cups (water+kelp+dry shiitake mushroom cook for 20 mins, may cook extra to store in refrigerator)
Silken Tofu - 1 pc
Korean hot pepper flakes - 2 tsp
Shiitake mushroom - 5 cut into slices
Vegetarian lean meat - right amount
Sesame oil - 1 tsp
Crystal rock sugar - 2pcs
Salt / Vegetarian fish sauce - to taste
