Hi, I'm Jonathan. And I'm Kristin. And together, we're Team 239. Whether you want to move in nine days or 90 days, we are here to help. We are here in Verdana Village. As you can tell by all the activity behind me, we have lots of construction going on in Verdana as far as location goes.
We are on stairs off Corkscrew Road east of the 75. We're close to shopping and the airport, an excellent new location that's being developed. So we're excited to take you for a tour. We will check out some unique amenities, including the indoor basketball court. That's a huge highlight, and we'll talk about everything else. Let's check it out. So we're here at Verdana Village, and let's talk about the community.

We have 2,400 doors in total. There are two builders here offering a variety of models and floor plans, so there is plenty to choose from. As far as the community itself, Verdana is split into the East Village in the West Village, hence why we have the satellite Amenities center.
And nearby. There are plenty of new developments going up, including a two-story Publix. So you'll have shopping, convenience, groceries, and a fire department nearby to service the residents' needs.
