Elenda, the Dusk Rose | Magic the Gathering Commander budget deck tech | EDH | aristocrats

This weeks video is a customer request. I was asked to make most of an aristocrats style deck with Elendra, the Dusk Rose as the general. They already had some of the cards I would have used anyway, so ny budget given was up to $75. You will be able to tell which cards they already had so you can see the budget portion of this deck clearly. Next week I will be doing another Bluebears Games original build but in a 60 card deck.
