After changing my joystick to a Qanba JOV8S (one of the Gravity Silent variants), I experimented with different removable shafts made for other joysticks and discovered that a quick-release shaft made for the Sanwa JLF can be installed into the Qanba joystick with one easy modification.

This is a video I created to demonstrate the installation of The Link Ex Groove quick-release shaft for Sanwa JLF into my Qanba Gravity Silent Joystick. The quick-release removable shaft fits the Qanba JOV8S and the Qanba JCV8 with one simple modification - detailed step-by-step instructions are included.
