If you're looking for an easy and super flavorful dinner recipe this definitely fits the bill. Use a nice fatty piece of pork for this and try to get a nice char. The combination of crispy and smoky pork fat that has been marinated is so good.

Recipe is super easy to remember - 3 Tablespoons of everything except aromatics.

3 Tablespoons Soy sauce ( I like silver swan)
3 Tablespoons Fish sauce ( I love Red Boat)
3 Tablespoons Grapeseed oil (Any neutral oil will do)
3 Tablespoons Brown sugar (Any sugar or sweetener will work, Brown is best)
5 Garlic cloves minced
1 Shallot minced
1 Small piece of lemongrass minced
1/2 Lime or Lemon juiced
1-3lbs Pork chops thin cut with bone and fat

Marinade for 3-24 hours for thin cut pork chops. If you go longer than 24 hours it may get a little too salty. If using a double cut or thick cut pork chop I would suggest keeping them in marinade for at least 24 hours.
