This is the perfect shadow boxing hiit workout to crush some calories and feel that burn! Zero equipment used. We work shorter boxing combinations + body weight cardio to burn lots of calories in the most efficient way. Ready to do this?

Shadow Boxing is a total body cardio & conditioning workout that you can do at home, at the gym, outside, or anywhere - it's one of my favorite ways to workout.
