Congressman Mike Turner announced his campaign for reelection Monday morning. This came as both candidates for governor announced their running mates earlier this month. Lee Hannah, professor of political science at Wright State University explained the success of President Trump’s term really does hinge on the 2026 election, where he expected to see lawmakers asserting their independence.
