Jammu Kashmir ELection: G A Mir spoke to News18 after cast his vote | Dooru Constituency

J&K Assembly Election 2024 Live: Jammu and Kashmir will hold the first phase of its assembly elections today, marking the region's first such vote in a decade. Over 23 lakh eligible voters will determine the outcome for 219 candidates vying for 24 assembly seats, including 90 independents. The election spans seven districts on either side of the Pir Panjal mountain range, covering eight seats in Jammu and 16 in the Kashmir valley.

जम्मू-कश्मीर विधानसभा चुनाव 2024 लाइव: जम्मू-कश्मीर में आज विधानसभा चुनाव का पहला चरण होगा, जो इस क्षेत्र में एक दशक में पहली बार होगा। 23 लाख से ज़्यादा मतदाता 24 विधानसभा सीटों के लिए 219 उम्मीदवारों के नतीजे तय करेंगे, जिनमें 90 निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार भी शामिल हैं। चुनाव पीर पंजाल पर्वत श्रृंखला के दोनों ओर के सात ज़िलों में फैला है, जिसमें जम्मू की आठ और कश्मीर घाटी की 16 सीटें शामिल हैं।
