This is one of my anime mini figures that I own! Morel Mackernasey is a pretty cool character from the anime and manga series Hunter x Hunter. The mangaka of Hunter x Hunter is Togashi Yoshihiro (the same creator of Yu Yu Hakusho). Morel in particular was very helpful during the Chimera Ant Arc. One of these days I will talk about Hunter x Hunter in more detail.
