Ingredients

For milk tea bubble tea:

1/3 cup cooked giant black tapioca
3 tablespoons simple syrup (find the recipe here.)
1/2 cup strongly black tea, cooled to room temperature
2/3 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup milk, cold
Additional sugar syrup to serve

For coconut bubble tea:

1/3 cup cooked giant black tapioca
3 tablespoons sugar syrup
1/4 cup coconut cream (or ½ cup coconut milk)
1/2 cup milk, cold
2/3 cup ice cubes
Additional sugar syrup to serve

익힌 타피오카 펄 80ml
슈거 시럽 45ml
진한 홍차 120ml
큰 얼음 큐브 7개
차가운 우유 120ml

코코넛 버블티:

익힌 타피오카 펄 80ml
슈거 시럽 45ml
코코넛 크림 60ml (혹은 코코넛 밀크 120ml)
차가운 우유 120ml
큰 얼음 큐브 7개
