A simple Rubber Band Powered Car - Cardboard, 2 pencils, 5 paperclips

I made this car in response to a comment from Victor Ogunyankin
"I need to make a rubber band powered car that can go a good 3 meters about for a contest. It has to operated by a special type of pencil. I think I know how to make that work, but i am limited on supplies, and my first idea doesn't work. "
I am not sure what he means by the special type of pencil but I do understand what limited supplies can mean so this car is made from 1 large cardboard tray from my local supermarket, plus 2 pencils and 5 paperclips

5 paperclips
2 pencils
Glue for the cardboard

Scissors
Sharp knife
A hot glue gun would make this stronger but not necessary
