This week's video is a budget commander build centered around the ninjutsu mechanic and uses Yuriko, the Tigers Shadow as the commander. Yuriko is one of th more popular commanders over the last couple of years but until recently, was too expensive. So take a look and see how I went about building this beast of a commander on a budget.
