I currently weigh 168. Which seems to be horrible for me. I don't hate my body, but using the tea is only going to help you shed mainly water weight. It is a temporary fix. I drink the extra strength tea twice a day on a Monday (Morning and Night-before bed) I would repeat this on a Wed. (morning and night). If I have to go to work over the weekend then I only drink the tea on a Saturday night before bed or on a Sunday night before bed.

I do not drink whole milk while on the tea (I'm lactose intolerant)
I do not eat greasy foods or drink sodas (I can't stand highly carbonated drinks.)
I do not eat too many sugary foods.
I do also sometimes use my Oolong Tea in the mornings as a substitute for using the tea.
I do drink the tea after gaining a lil' weight after my period has gone away too.
The tea helps with period bloat as well.

I highly recommend using Fiber One if you don't have enough fiber in your diet. I will also be coming back in another video showing yall my weight loss too. I am trying to lose about 18 pounds. Wish me success y'all. I can't say no to soul food. Lol!
