How to create great soil!

This week on The Horti-Culturalists we take a close look at the fabulous soil Stephen has created in his garden and learn just how he went about creating it. As you can see from the thumbnail image, the area was originally flat, dry, clay, scrubby eucalypt with barely any topsoil...what a difference double digging and some coffee grounds can do! In this video we'll look at every step Stephen took to create his soil and how he maintains it. And answer the eternal question...HOW is it so weed free???
