The song and album take inspiration from elements of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, as the band tackles alarming societal trends including consumerism and our increasing social and emotional isolation from each other. The song's form takes unexpected twists and turns, and I very much enjoyed being along for the ride. I hope you enjoy!
