1. Click on the gear icon, and select "See all settings."
2. Click on the "Accounts and Import" tab,
3. In the “Check email from other accounts”, make sure you’ve added the correct email address.
4. Try to delete the existing email address in this section and add it back here.
5. If your Gmail account is full, new emails won’t be imported. Make sure you have enough room to import new messages.
6. To check your available storage space, click the Google Apps icon at the top right.
7. Click on the Drive app icon, and on the left side, you can see the available Storage space on your Gmail account.
8. Sometimes, Gmail takes time to import all your emails, especially if you’re transferring a large number. Give it some time, and then check again.
