Starbase all-in-one integratable autonomous-follow functionality

OCT 4 2021 EDIT: THIS SYSTEM HAS BEEN IMPROVED. I figured out PID controllers and now the following functionality works much better than as shown in this video.

Both sides of this system (both follower and follow-ee) can be mounted on any ship in just a few minutes. It requires you hold onto two small assemblies, which create the Portable Tracker Node when combined together.

The expected use-case for this system is for when you need to move two (or more) ships to a destination WITHOUT having to make multiple trips through the use of throwaway ships or with a friend giving you a ride. Most often this happens when you've found an abandoned ship out in the deep and need a way of getting it back home without abandoning your current ride.
