Honda Forza 300 Top Speed (NSS300) with 220lb/100kg Driver

Looking to see what the top max speed is on my Honda Forza 300 (NSS300) with it's 279cc engine and a driver payload of:

220 pounds (100kg)
6 feet 2 inches (188cm)

There are three attempts at finding the top speed on an expressway with some rolling topography. Outside temperature was 91 deg F (33 deg C). Video shot in Allendale, MI.
