very basic and a bit clumsy video i made about changing the 4 cam shaft sensors on a 2015 Mercedes E63S with M157 motor and 47,000 miles. This replacement of the cam sensors should be roughly the same for any M157 motor used in a Mercedes Vehicle.

NOTE - i commented that I had 1 leaking sensor, but actually 3 of 4 were leaking including both driver side sensors and 1 from the passenger side. Also had a very tiny drop of oil appear in a corner of my ECU. Everything was cleaned off with electrical cleaner spray and car has been running find and continues to drive perfect but it is critical to check these 4 sensors for any older M157 motor as the ECU and harness can get damaged if the oil from the 4 leaking sensors wicks up to the ECU.
