Room Guide:
Sleepers: Slow ships, kiting them initially buys you plenty of time to take out one or two important targets. They all remote rep, don't split damage. Neuts (Firewatchers/Sentinels) are usually first prio here, followed by webs (Warden/Upholder), stronger RR (preservers) and DPS (Aegis/Watchman) depending on the fleet composition and your intent.
Vedmaks: This is a relatively small and easy spawn for veds, despite the neuts. Remember that Starving Veds/Damas do not remote rep, so you can actually kill the room faster when there are more present. They do still deal spooling damage and high neut power, so you need to kill the veds quickly, as usual. Here I released the drones early so they could take the first few seconds of aggro, took out both damaviks as they were still approaching, then heated the hardener to stretch my reps further and focused down the vedmaks. If the damaviks had been starving as well, kill order would have been the same, plus I would have turned off the AB and been heating and pulsing my shield boosters to make them more cap efficient. Take a couple minutes at the end of the room to let your cap recharge, better a couple minutes lost than a ship.
Overmind: Decent tracking, good damage and decent range (21+20 in T4), you want to take out web/RR support quickly to speed the room up then focus on your piloting against the overmind. Here I got quite lazy and led the overmind onto a short-range tracking pylon without noticing it. By the time I noticed, it was almost kissing the pylon and getting a major boost to its tracking (80%). The safer way to fix this would have been to pull range past 40km. Instead, in the spirit of the scientific method, I moved in closer to see how much angular I needed to mitigate the overmind's damage while it was boosted by the pylon. Even at 1.2 angular and above it was landing between a quarter and a half of its hits, I don't recommend doing this on purpose!

Flying Raging (T4) Exotics in a 500m fit on alpha max skills.
Fit I used is below. After some thought I recommend altering slightly -- use T2 rapid light missile launchers for more damage and a 3% CPU implant to make up the necessary fitting. Fitting in this way will be better than using the Pickaxe launchers and cheaper, too!
I fly without drugs, but prerolling standard blue pill is highly recommended while you learn. Preroll means avoid bad effects; if you get a side effect you can't live with, clone jump to a spare clone in the same station and back again to clear the drug and try again.
