Learning how to play Zombie Dice takes only minutes, but you'll definitely have hours of fun afterward. Each player takes on the role of a zombie who is trying to collect brains and avoid shotgun blasts.

Once you decide who has the best zombie impression, they go first, selecting 3 dice at random from the cup and rolling them. Dice can yield one of 3 individual results:

A brain
Footsteps
A shotgun blast

Brains are the ideal outcome, as they translate into points. Footsteps are a neutral result - you'll be rerolling any dice that have them should you choose to continue. Shotgun blasts are the worst result - accumulating 3 of these ends your turn, and you lose out on any brains you've collected in the process.

After each roll, you keep any brains and shotgun blasts off to the side, then if you have fewer than 3 shotgun blasts, you can decide whether to keep the brains you have, or to gamble and roll again. If you go the first route, your turn ends, and you collect points equal to the number of brains you collected. Going the second route lets you draw back up to 3 dice and roll them to test your luck.

Once a player reaches 13 or more points, play continues until the round ends, then the player with the most brains is declared the winner of Zombie Dice!
